Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI innovations targeting the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced Generative AI models and large-scale neural networks.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines to achieve zero-latency inference in real-world environments.
- Establish the company's AI governance framework to ensure ethical and compliant AI deployment.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience in deploying LLMs and transformer architectures at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and MLOps.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding technical teams through complex, undefined problem spaces.
