Your Mission:

Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide technical strategies that align with long-term business goals and emerging technologies.
- AI Infrastructure Integration: Lead the integration of Machine Learning models into core production pipelines, optimizing latency and throughput.
- Cloud Native Leadership: Manage the migration and optimization of monolithic systems to microservices architecture on AWS/Azure, ensuring zero-downtime deployments.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols and governance frameworks to protect sensitive data in a decentralized environment.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews, technical interviews, and mentorship sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Future Tech Savvy: Proven experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and understanding of Generative AI capabilities.
- Cloud Mastery: Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect (Advanced).
