Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies impacting 2026 market landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Coordinate with global innovation hubs to validate hypotheses and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk/benefit analyses
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking 2026 strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations on future technology paradigms

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
- Experience developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementation
