Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations to navigate future uncertainty
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proof business models
- Advise executive teams on innovation portfolio allocation for 2026-2030
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
