Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, advanced AI) into core business models
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for global market shifts through 2026
- Establish innovation frameworks for sustainable growth and ESG compliance in future markets
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and white papers
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global research networks and industry foresight partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing long-term strategies for Fortune 500 companies or global institutions
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., WFS, APF) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic implementations
