Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Conduct market disruption analysis and competitive intelligence for future-proofing strategies
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market testing
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-backed narratives
- Mentor high-potential talent in future-focused methodologies and adaptive leadership
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on long-term growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience scaling innovation programs in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
