Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for 2026, integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience initiatives
- Analyze global megatrends (geopolitical shifts, demographic changes, technological disruptions) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and their societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Management, Economics, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, renewable energy)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
