Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision Initiative: Spearhead the strategic planning process to outline our goals, milestones, and operational shifts for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and global market trends to predict future opportunities and threats.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop comprehensive, data-driven strategic roadmaps that align with company-wide objectives.
- Operational Integration: Translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable plans for product development, marketing, and sales teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic insights and future scenarios to the Board of Directors and cross-functional stakeholders in a compelling, digestible format.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate new business models and technologies that will position the company as a market leader by 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, business development, or futurism, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and forecasting market trajectories.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
