Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI safety protocols

- Create blueprints for autonomous systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Collaborate with academic institutions on 5+ year technology roadmaps

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years experience in distributed systems with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural-symbolic integration
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography and zero-trust architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems at scale
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
- Strong background in sustainable computing and green tech initiatives
