Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI)
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and blockchain protocols
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on next-gen architectures
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi or SpiNNaker)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and policy development
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
