Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable system architectures that support emerging technologies and long-term business goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into quantum computing, generative AI, and edge computing to integrate them into our core platforms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure peak performance, security, and efficiency by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric roadmaps.
- Strategic Planning: Develop technology roadmaps and governance frameworks that align with the company's long-term vision.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols and ensure all systems comply with evolving global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of evaluating and implementing bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Blockchain, IoT).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
