Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and AI model scaling
- Certification in blockchain security and distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Experience with AWS/Azure quantum services and TensorFlow Quantum
- Portfolio of deployed systems handling 10M+ concurrent users
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical innovation
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnership projects
