Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps, specifically focusing on the 2026 technological landscape.
- System Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems that prioritize scalability, security, and performance.
- Tech Stack Governance: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready infra) and make strategic decisions on their integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, conduct architectural reviews, and establish coding standards that ensure long-term maintainability.
- Disaster Recovery & Resilience: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in an evolving threat landscape.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Lead the evaluation and partnership process with key hardware and software vendors to ensure we leverage the best tools available.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of looking beyond current trends to identify and implement future-ready solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous problems with scalable solutions.
