- Conduct architectural reviews and establish best practices for future-proofing codebases.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the engineering department.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
