Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the technical strategy for our AI-driven roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentorship for junior and senior engineers alike.
- Identify and mitigate potential security risks in real-time infrastructure deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to deliver innovative features.
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with familiarity in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning pipelines, and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
