Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable system architectures capable of handling the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI & Automation Integration: Lead the integration of autonomous AI agents into core operational workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Cloud Infrastructure Mastery: Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing architectures.
- Technical Vision Leadership: Define the long-term technical strategy and mentor a high-performing team of engineers in modern software development practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks and ensure all systems comply with evolving global data privacy standards.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive code reviews and system diagnostics to optimize latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or cloud engineering.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Future Tech Familiarity: Experience with quantum computing concepts or advanced AI/ML infrastructure deployment is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving innovation within a collaborative team environment.
