Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing principles or AI/ML optimization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Tech journals
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum simulation frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Experience with ethical AI development frameworks
- Track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
