- Validate ethical AI alignment through simulated real-world stress tests
- Present annual tech evolution roadmap to C-suite and government partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years leading complex tech initiatives with global impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certified in AI Ethics Frameworks (IEEE, ACM)
- Experience with decentralized governance models
- Portfolio demonstrating sustainable tech implementation
