Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype next-gen systems
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and adaptation
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic development methodologies
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with proven success in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or AI Ethics
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Certification in 2026 Tech Stack (AWS Quantum Lab, Microsoft Hololens SDK)
- Experience leading teams through technological paradigm shifts
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ industry-disrupting prototypes
