Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the '2026 Vision' initiative.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation AI and Quantum computing protocols.
- Architect scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructures capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies (AR/VR, Edge AI, Neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their potential for product integration.
- Ensure system security, resilience, and compliance with global standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of implementing complex, futuristic technology stacks and driving digital transformation.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Distributed Systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
