Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, next-generation software solutions.
- Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product infrastructure.
- Define technical strategies and standards for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability for high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack software engineering and system architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with a focus on high-concurrency systems.
- Deep understanding of Microservices, Kubernetes, and Serverless architectures.
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and managing data infrastructure.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
