Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof technical architectures capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and quantum computing integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for migrating legacy systems to scalable, edge-computing environments by 2026.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps that align with long-term business goals.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices to enhance deployment velocity and system resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of high-performance computing systems.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems for cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
