Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Drive innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning integration across the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt, proposing strategic mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript).
- Demonstrated experience in designing AI/ML infrastructure and integrating predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
