Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive technologies poised to impact the market by 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage long-term technology roadmaps that align with business growth and innovation goals.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the development of experimental prototypes (PoCs) for next-gen digital experiences.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex future concepts to C-level executives and board members to secure investment and buy-in.
- Technology Integration: Partner with engineering teams to integrate emerging AI models into our core product suite.
- Future-Proofing: Audit current infrastructure to ensure scalability and relevance in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or AI Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying future market opportunities and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid technological change.
