- Manage prototype development cycles for AR/VR and IoT ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies for 2026+ landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$10M ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture
