Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, neuralink, synthetic biology)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate and healthcare challenges
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Maintain partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints with 20+ global research partners
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
