Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum algorithms, or neurotech interfaces
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major conferences
- Strong background in agile methodologies and lean innovation
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
