Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruption
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech fusion)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen product development
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for competitive advantage
- Secure and manage $5M+ in R&D funding and strategic partnerships
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused methodologies and adaptive innovation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching 3+ successful future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, or Innovation Management)
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2019-2023)
- Experience securing $3M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Fluency in English with exceptional executive communication skills
