- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 market impact potential
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 3+ years in future tech domains
- Proven track record in launching products with 3-5 year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with scenario planning for 2025-2030 technological shifts
- Certified in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
