- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
- Secure patents for novel technological frameworks and user interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech adoption frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, etc.)
- Strong portfolio of patented technologies or industry-disrupting products
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing architectures
