Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR) and competitive landscape
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Validate market viability through pilot programs and user research
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to translate concepts into commercial products
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of new technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and scaling
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS) preferred
