Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready innovation strategies and business cases
- Partner with product development teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation strategy or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
