Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical strategy for AI integration, focusing on autonomous agents and multimodal learning models.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead the development of proprietary technologies that will define the standards for 2026.
- System Architecture: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure to support high-volume, low-latency processing required for real-time AI applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Ready Skills: Proven track record working with Agentic AI frameworks and Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPTs).
- Architecture: Strong experience designing distributed systems and microservices using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
