Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) into existing infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide strategic recommendations for competitive advantage.
- Manage the budget for R&D initiatives and future technology pilots.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical visions and executing on them.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Edge Technologies.
- Strong background in project management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
