We are looking for a visionary Future Tech Lead to spearhead our R&D initiatives and bridge the gap between emerging science and scalable engineering.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI convergence and quantum readiness.
- Design and implement resilient, distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead high-level design reviews and mentor senior engineers on best practices for scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with data scientists and quantum physicists to translate theoretical breakthroughs into production code.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and/or Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- Experience with neural interface hardware or similar emerging hardware technologies is a plus.
