What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices architectures capable of handling high-frequency quantum computing data streams.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment and fine-tuning of Generative AI agents and predictive analytics models to drive business intelligence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system latency is minimized and security protocols adhere to future-forward standards (Zero Trust Architecture).
- Technical Vision: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (WebGPU, Spatial Computing, Edge AI) and advise stakeholders on their implementation.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior developers on best practices.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop robust failover strategies to ensure business continuity in an evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a working understanding of quantum computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
