Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) development and deployment timelines.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the infrastructure for next-generation neural networks and large language models.
- Lead Research & Development: Guide a team of elite engineers and researchers in solving complex, unsolved problems in machine perception.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring safety and alignment with human values.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate high-level research concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing high-performance teams and driving technical roadmaps.
