Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating generative AI, spatial computing, and quantum-ready architectures into our core products.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design resilient, scalable systems capable of handling high-frequency data streams and autonomous agent workflows.
- Lead Research & Development: Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems; hands-on experience with LLMs and edge computing.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
