Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge research in quantum algorithms and AI neural networks
- Develop scalable solutions for climate modeling and renewable energy optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-8 researchers across physics, computer science, and engineering
- Secure patents and publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Collaborate with government agencies on 2026 tech roadmap initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum computing or advanced AI research
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with high-performance computing environments (AWS, Azure, HPC clusters)
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants ($1M+ preferred)
