Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum machine learning and neurointerfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technical architects
- Author white papers on tech ethics and regulatory frameworks for 2026+ adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum/AI advancements
- Proven track record scaling technology portfolios from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in policy development for emerging tech (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Deep understanding of decentralized systems and zero-knowledge proofs
