Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from lab to production
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA 2.0)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emergent tech
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for frontier technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design languages
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
