Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and assess business impact
- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible automation
- Stakeholder management across R&D, product, and executive leadership teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience with long-term technology forecasting and roadmap development
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
