- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to market opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
