- Architect 3-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2029, prioritizing scalable AI/quantum integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and carbon-negative tech infrastructure
- Partner with CTO to secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and industry consortiums
- Mentor 5-person innovation lab on emerging tech validation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent thought leadership
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit or equivalent)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
- PhD in CS, Engineering, or related field preferred
