Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups and academic institutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform R&D priorities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams and complex projects
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
