- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Represent Horizon at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on future tech
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/SaaS innovations at scale
- Deep expertise in tech convergence analysis (quantum + AI + sustainability)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTe, WFS) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (patents, journals, keynotes)
