Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through strategic proposal development
- Collaborate with Fortune 100 partners on commercializing future-ready technologies
- Mentor junior researchers in innovation methodologies and patent strategy
- Present strategic tech insights to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech R&D with proven commercialization of futuristic solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or climate-tech innovation
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants or venture capital
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like Trend Hunter or Futures Platform
- Experience with patent prosecution and IP strategy in emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
