Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with <1ms latency
- Conduct market analysis for emerging technologies with $500M+ investment potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous neural networks and quantum encryption
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Manage vendor partnerships for quantum hardware and neuromorphic chips
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough sustainable tech innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future tech applications
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FDA, FCC, GDPR)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
