Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI/ML, quantum algorithms, and green tech
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech assessments (Web4.0, bio-digital interfaces)
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor technical teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- File patents for proprietary tech solutions in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology (e.g., Delphi method)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Tech Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., Stanford LEAD)
