- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and track adoption metrics

- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen tech curricula
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with minimum 5 years at executive level
- Proven track record launching technologies achieving $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves and market saturation points
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (NIST AI, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international markets
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Professional)
